Hmm, not to familiar with what carnibolic is.. damn, got to go look it up now!

Very intense week. Again Conference, hospital etc. Still managed to hit the gym and had 2 great workouts. On my arms day, used 4 caps of PJ with ergoblast and on my chest/back day, a scoop of carnibolic with 4 caps of PJ. Must say carnibolic + pj is an awesome stack. This is the profile for carnibolic



No pump ingredients, but PJ definitely showed itself very well. Had a great chest/back workout. Did 10 reps of 130 lbs bench press for 3 sets with slow reps for the first 2 sets and pumps were strong. Plus I had a meal high in Sodium (turkish kebab) and although was feeling a bit bloated, blood flow was improved Anyway workout was great and I think, I've got only last serving to go (will check as I get back home ).

You know it's good when it's the only pump supplement being used! Nice session and meal. Looks like you're about towards the end.
