Does anybody know of some good workouts to increase the "sex line" ( you know, the V shape that leads up from above crotch area and is at about your waistline. [What's the proper term for these muscles called?]
Anyways yeah, does anybody know what some good exercises are to increase the size of these?

i know what your talking about and I have them and I've never did a single exercise to get what ever thats called. It might be genetics.

Try doing some step ups with weight.....Maybe some decline sit ups...
Don't get upset if you don't see results, but these exercises stretch out that "sexy line" area.
Give it a try, if not liposuction might help.

Its called hip adduction..Some gyms have the nautiul machine that works it along with inner thighs. or you can do it with a cable..check the link..It will show ya 3-4 different workouts to work the "V" I use them ALL and my V kicks ass, but msot of the guys are right..if you body fat is low enough you wont have to work it, but the more you build it up with those exercises the lower your bodyfat has to be..SO check into bro and good luckTeam Norton
