That looked like a very effective one.

10-4 on the DBs. Sounds like a great option.

Thanks Shane I thought I'd try my rows first just to switch things up...DB's don't make up a big part of my workouts so I didn't want to invest that much into them. I'll grab a few 10's in the future if I start doing heavier DB work.

Hi everyone I'm going to be taking a break from posting because I don't have access to a gym for a while and I'll just be doing a BW program for the interim until my new house is finished and I get setup. I'll check in on journals but won't be posting my workouts until probably October

Note: today I was able to pickup a xmark ezcurl bar

And a Rouge RML690 rack. It come with weight storage and band pegs. I was also able to get a set of the 24" safety spotter arms so I will be able to use both sides of the rack to set up 2 stations for super setting bench and rows, squats and RDL's



I will put my weight storage on the front uprights to be able to use the back section with the spotter arms

I took most of this week off...I'll call it a deload.

I think it will. It'll be a good month before I see it. The curl car showed up as did the safety straps for the rack. I've gotten most of what I ordered. My Troy wide flange plates are still on back order and the rack is being built I guess at this point. I'm getting antsy to put it all together but the house is still a good month from closing.

Good to see you checking in Ron. Not sure how I missed the previous post but that is an awesome looking rack! Definitely can't wait to see some pics when you get it all setup.
