I don't see the point of releasing a 10 year old dated formula, specially since the new WF was suppose to resemble the OG, seems to me you don't know what to do because the new WF/Rapids might not be doing as well as good ol' WF.

That's because Rapids is trash and the new White Flood added creatine, which turned off all of us who considered it to be the best creatine-free PWO. Controlled Labs made a rare mistake with reformulating this go around. I don't understand why they keep changing things when people loved their older formulas. Just my opinion though...

White Pump is a beautiful formula. It doesnt have any energy component to it as it is a stim free pump product. It is fully clinically dosed.

2 is perfect. Pumps, energy, focus. Can go to sleep a few hours after taking it. Smooth AF.
