Talking day to day, what could you sustain? If you could eat whatever amount of food you want and accomplish whatever goal you're trying to accomplish (IE, eat X kcal without getting fat), how much would you eat?
Bloating and what not still applies though.
Wondering, because some people do GOMAD, which is just adding relatively tasteless calories. Id much rather eat more food, but I love food.
How much? I think Id go for like 6000-10000.

I love food so much that this would be my #1 wish if I could wish for something. But I would modify it a bit: to be able to eat unlimited kcal without results on weight/body composition AND HEALTH. We shouldn't forget the importance of health. Now. how much would I eat?
I think I would always be over 5k or 6k since I am around 3k right now and still manage to be hungry all the time. I don't understand how people say they can't even get to 2k. I eat 3k and lots of salad to keep myself full xD#benchesmorethansquatcrew

I feel like when I start my bulk I'll get to that point too, been cutting on 2050 Cals since end of January/beginning of February (never gonna make it crew) with a majority of the summer being a plateu with trips and vacations, did lose about 7 pounds from May to August though. Lately I've been losing 1.5 to 2 lbs a week which is making me think I gotta be at around 3200 calories a day to lean bulk and at this point that seems like a ton... Gonna take advantage of those pizza and ice cream Cals
