    my parents dont know how much protien i need.

    i am 14 almost 15 168cm 61kg (136lbs) and i need around 130g of protein a day not just for gains but for height and growth.
    my parents think i am exagerating.
    because of this most days i only get 90 - 120g of protein a day. . Am i right or have i been misinformed.

    90-120g is probably fine.

    .8g per lb of body mass is somewhat optimal for those engaging in exercise/resistance training. You're likely not really missing out on any "gains" if you're only getting 90-120g.
