Hey Carl,
I've been using 50/50 vanilla almond milk with regular skim... Tastes great and the almond milk has 50% more calcium, which should help my leg.
1 slice of pizza is nothing, but the problem with nearly all pizza out is the high sodium content.
Hey John, Ever calculate the amount of sodium in your pizza? Calories per slice?--------------------------------------------------------------

Haha, Yeah I ended up having a slice. The sales person bought 6 larges pizzas from Dominos. I just had one of the smaller plain slices so I wasn't totally anti-social at work haha.
Getting ready to do some cardio now!--------------------------------------------

Sorry I haven't checked in everyone. I've been aeound on the board getting more involved wirth the members here.
My schedule has been a little busy this week and will be for at least a few more days.
-Just an idea of what's going on:
-Working to closeout my project
-Pre Construction Services for another Project
-Drove to Jacksonville for the night last night to attend a NFL Cheerleader banquet for my fiance and left at 345 am heading back home so I can be at my office for an 8 am meeting.
-Ending my MBA degree on Tuesday and have to take my final, write a 3800 word paper, and develop a presentation
-Finishing the reservations and etc for my wedding.
-Getting married on April 28
And still find time to pick things up and put them down!
I know I am going through a time in my life right now that requires a lot of focus, time, and commitment but now is the time to put in the effort before time continues to pass.
You will see me in here more often.
Hope knows I am still killing it the gym.

Sounds like a crazy time Jessie, but well worth it!
You're doing great Carl!
Almond Milk is awesome! I switched over a few months back and I use it with Infinite Whey on the maintenance carb days.
It is good to see the "League" active and getting it done!Workout Log:

Man what a LONG day.
It all started yesterday. I left my office at 1:00 pm to drive to Jacksonville for my fiances NFL Cheerleader Banquet. We ended up getting back to her house at 1:00 AM this morning. However, I had to be back in Orlando by 7:00 am for a meeting. So this put me leaving her house at 3:00 am this morning.
Worked a half a day then meet potential clients for lunch at a sushi bar (yes, sushi again!)
Got back to my house at 2:00 pm and took an hour nap.
After this, it was time to ASSASSINATE legs!
Pre-Exhaust with Super Set below
Leg Ext/Leg Curls - 4 set of pyramids to a heavy 8 then 20 partials on final set
Squats with 3 second negatives: Worked up to 265 x 8 with ease. Form was very slow ans very deep. Five working Sets
Hack Squats: 4 x 8. Pyramid set up to 270#. Going rock bottom with dead stop
DB Stiff Legg: 4 sets of 12 to focus on DEEP stretch.
