    Mom of 5 wants to start body building

    I'm a mom to 5 children and have always had the dream of being a bodybuilder! I don't know where to start, what supplements to take or how I should be eating. I've started doing total body workouts 3 times a week. Please help me take control of my health and fitness.

    This forum is pretty dead, recommend you head over to the Losing Fat & Nutrition forum as well as the Workout Program Forums, lots of good info in the sticky threads at the top of each of those forums, and your questions and concerns are much more likely to be answered there.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    You have to make a workout routine for you and keep following this routine 5 days a week, try to eat healthy food, and if you are not comfortable with a workout then you can also try yoga it will also give you productive results.
