48,000 Calories in 48 Hours | ErikTheElectric
My latest challenge.. 48,000 calories in just 48 hours. My buddy RZfitness came out to visit from florida (as well as Brian Turner from "HumerusFitness") to train and eat together. So I figured, WHY NOT?! Check it out and don't forget to subscribe and leave a comment!

Why not just take a whole slab of fish and actually just make a "giant" filet-o-fish instead of deepfrying it over and over again.....

5 Pound Burrito Challenge
I took on a burrito challenge in my neck of the woods! Man it was really good, and tasted awesome. I hit "somewhat" of a food wall when the picture of the $ shot was taken, but I think it was because I was literally inhaling my food haha. So after a few burps, I smashed the rest. The record was 31:50 and I finished in 21 minutes flat. The burrito was filled with shredded chicken, beef, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, rice beans & jalapeños. You had to finish a large cheese dip with it (on the side) but I poured some on my burrito and then dipped my tortilla in the rest. I got the meal free, along with my name & picture on top of the leaderboard (only have 3 have finished it and no one since 2013), a free t-shirt and a free dessert. Which how could I not choose a warm brownie with some good ole ice cream on top? I finished it all before my sister even finished her little quesadilla, she just looked at me and said "you are sick" hahaha. I feel like crap now though! Just chugging a ton of water the rest of the day. I am so thirsty that water tastes like koolaid right now haha!

HAHAHA yeah they brought it out on the wheel barrel! It was massive.. Very deep!!
Thanks a lot man! Nahh I wasn't gonna take a scale up in there just to weigh it.. But the dish was not a normal plate, it was at least 3 inches deep if not more!I.C.E.D.

Nice! Great looking burrito too, along with a killer time on it.

well done man, great job..
I got a challenge coming soon, its called the big breakfast challenge and I am very excited, I love breakfast foods.. have to get out to this place in the next week or 2, as its quite a journey from my home town
The challenge includes four eggs, four slices of sourdough, four rashes of bacon, one Spanish chorizo, two hash browns, one serving of chips, grilled tomato, sauteed mushrooms and baby spinach for $29.
It’s free if you finish it in 20 minutes.
- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.
