A step back in time to one of the funniest guys ever on late night tv. Why was Johnny Carson so funny and popular with EVERYONE? The current clowns on these shows will never get it. Just listen...

Carson was the best,
I don't have an informed opinion on the others, the last few years I haven't been staying up late, I can't, need my sleep.Air Force Veteran 1976 - 1999 - Cannabis Enthusiast since the 1960's
Retired at 40 Crew - Social distancing expert - Living the Dream
I use the gender neutral pronouns "Fukker/Fukkers" a lot.
****** I don't always agree with the memes I post ******
I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

Great stuff. I used to watch the late night shows but now you cant go 30 seconds without getting preached at. Shame really as they could be really funny if they wanted to be.
Even if they just did an occasional jab it would not be bad but the constant preaching, jesus man, If i wanted to see that i would just to the democratic convention."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

The shows aren’t funny because the hosts all bring political correctness to the forefront and don’t take swipes at all the groups of people that need making fun of. Bill Burr is a liberal, for instance, but he goes after pretty much everyone. He’s still pretty funny because he makes fun of liberals and conservatives alike without fear. I don’t have to agree with his politics to agree he’s funny.
