ON Creatine VS Muscletech Platinum Creatine

any advise which creatine is better

Opt ON Creatine or the Muscletech Platinum creatine

or are they both the same CReatine MONOHydrate >?

ON uses Creapure in their product, however whatever you can find in bulk quantities that’s the cheapest I’d go that way. Right now on the store MT only offers 400g at .14/5 Grams, you can get a 2000g tub of ON at .11/5 Grams in US currency. Keep in mind ON is bring your own scoop but any measured teaspoon or 5g scoop will do. For an even better deal from a reputable company Universal has 1000g for .10/5 grams and comes with a scoop. It’s not Creapure but it’s good stuff.

What I also noticed is that you need to be consistent with creatine, every single day it needs to be taken to get that full effect cause you can lose the strength gain quite fast from it if you stop it.

i stopped taking it for a week as i felt weakness while lifting ..

ON is also creapure micronized and Muslcetech is micronized as well ..

i take like 5 gm a day and 2 litres of water
