Big thanks to B Con for hooking me up right with a tri-stack of DNA, BIG C & THRUST!!
Introduction:
I'll be competing in my first USAPL competition on March 18 at the Washington State Championships, and my goal is to hit a 400 Wilk's score by then. That gives me 6 weeks to get there. right now, I'm weighing around 178-179 depending on the day, fully carbed up. On weigh-in, I could easily weigh 174-175 with carb depletion and low water intake. I'm not going to go to extreme for my first meet.
Goal for next 6 weeks: gain 3-4lbs, bringing my (fully carbed) weight up to 182lb by March 18
I'll get there through my training, of which I'm following Layne Norton's PH3 program. My diet, and supplementation. I'm eating 2600 calories per day right now, will go up to 2700 calories next Monday.
My training regime: Layne Norton PH3 program, workout time is at 5:30am.

So I actually began taking the supplements on Monday, so today was my fifth day of taking them. Weight after workout today at 7am was 179.5lb with clothes on. I don't have a scale at home so I can't weigh myself when I wake up, but also not the biggest deal to me. I don't weigh myself very often. I know I'm making progress when my compound lifts are going up.
How I manage to wake up at 4:40am:
1. Put 8 capsules DNA, 5 capsules BIG C, & 3 capsules THRUST on my bed stand with a shaker full of water the night before.
2. Alarm goes off at 4:40am, instantly sit up
3. Take all the capsules, washed down with water
4. Eat my L&L cookie very slowly to enjoy it (180 calories, 27g carb, 4g fat, 8g protein)
5. Sit in bed for a good 5 min
6. Get pre-workout (various PWO + various BCAA's); shake it up, drink slowly as I get ready, usually gone by 5am
That's what has been working for me! I find some kind of food is great to wake up to, and it helps my workout obviously.
I don't know if it's my diet, because I've been eating some salty foods (like homemade chili), but I am looking a bit bloated. I figure this could be from BIG C.
Workout today:
85% 1RM Bench: 260x4, 260x4, 260x4, 260x4, 260x6 note: last set was AMRAP, got 2 more reps than prescribed. weight will go up 1.5% next week
88% 1RM Deadlift: 435x3, 435x3, 435x3, 435x3, 435x6 note: last set was AMRAP, got 3 more reps than prescribed. weight will go up 1.5% next week
Upper-Body Hypertrophy will have to be after work today, ran out of time this morning. I knew this would happen though considering I had 10 sets of heavy *ss weight.Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)

LOL yeah me too. Surprisingly, my body is feeling great. That's actually not the worst idea...I did that before my Europe trip and I only lost like 30lbs strength and 7lbs over the course of two months. But nope, this is actually my 3rd time running it. I ran it for 6 months in 2015-2016 and gained roughly 150+ lbs to my raw total. So I know it's a good program. I should probably be eating more than 2600 calories at my bodyweight, but I don't want to gain too fast.

In case you missed my post above, I've still been following the same regime of:
7. Begin workout at 5:30am
I've noticed:
1. I've already added a couple pounds of water weight, which is noticeable. I'm weighing roughly 180lb post workout now instead of the 178-179 I was weighing before I started this log. I'm not worried about it because I know it's water weight and not fat.
2. Increased strength! I hit 300x6 for squats last Saturday and 430x6 on deadlifts last Friday.
3. Better endurance for the hypertrophy days, increased weights on these days as well
I have a rep rest this Saturday, in which I'm hoping to get at least 1 more rep of each on bench, squat, and deadlift. I'm eating 2600 calories per day right now, and I plan to go up to 2700 calories per day next Monday when the new phase starts. Then probably 2800 calories one-two weeks after that. It's all about slow and steady progress for me.
Things I don't like with this supplement regime:
1. Lots and lots of pills. Looking at 16 pills before my workout, 5 pills post workout and 3 pills before the end of the day. I've never had a problem swallowing pills, but damn LOL.
2. Bloating from the creatine. The added water weight isn't aesthetically pleasing, although I know I'm in it for the strength.
3. Burping up powder. The first time I took the pills in the morning, I ate my L&L cookie first, then swallowed the pills. WRONG WRONG WRONG. About 10 minutes later, I burped up some powder which was gnarly.Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)

Definitely get plenty of water in your system to help with the burping up of powder. Yes, it's a lot of pills (the large majority from DNA) but you can't deny those results. Great job. You'll crush the rep test.

Here's what I ended up doing for my rep test:
Bench: 265 for 6 reps, this is good because weights will go up 1.5% of my 1RM for the next phase
Squat: 300 for 6 reps, same as above
Deadlift: 435 for 8 reps, weights will go up 3% for next phase
Weight was about 178lb, so maybe the bloating I thought was from creatine was bloat from salty food :P
I'm really happy with these results because I am about as strong as I was a year ago, maybe ~50lb from my raw total, but I'm like 8lbs lighter. This is exactly where I want to be. I'm so happy I've finally used the winter the right way. Instead of doing the classic "bulk," like I've done in the past, I'm just taking it slow and not adding too much fat. I don't even think I'll cut this year to get the summer bod, I'm confident in how I look and even more confident in the weights I'm lifting at my weight.
Can't wait to compete in 4 weeks to really test myself!
Farmer Walks have been helping my grip so much!! Been doing them MWF for 4 sets. I was able to pull 435 for 1 rep, and that's without chalk.Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)

Weight: 178
Calories: 2800 - just increased today
I'm less than a month out from my PL comp. Volume in the last month of the trainer is insane, so I'm thinking I'm going to up calories to 2800 this week. I'm easily going to meet my weigh-in. I'm planning to compete in the 83kg class, or 181lbs. Won't even need to do a cut for the PL. The only thing I plan to do is cut carbs the last week, which I bet will result in 3-4lbs of water weight lost. Then carb load post weigh in and win comps.
My initial weight fluctuation I reported earlier has completely disappeared.Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)

Well shoot the end of this log came quick...considering each supplement only had 20 days worth of supply, it makes sense. I'll do one last weigh in tomorrow morning and wrap the log up along with it.

Okay time to end it!
Moving average weight as of today: 176.5lb
Calories: 2800 per day
Wilk's score: 375
Okay so my weight didn't increase how I wanted it too...I ended up losing weight in the process of bumping up calories. Although I can't complain, it's also sort of frustrating. I just don't want to get into the "bulk" mindset. The workout weights went up and that's all I care about. Once I stall, I increase calories. Simple as that. But since weights went up and bodyweight went down, my Wilk's score went up, which is the overall goal of my lifting and competition.
Things I liked about BIG C, THRUST, AND DNA
1. Improvement of strength, obviously
2. Slight increase in libido, from thrust
3. Increased Wilk's score; even though no bodyweight was gained, my 1RM's for the PH3 program went up
Things I didn't like:
1. So many pills...like 24 each day, and the bulk of them right when I wake up. Not fun lol.
2. Burped up some powder the first time I took them, but fixed this by taking them before eating my banana in the morning
THRUST
I took the recommended dose everyday by placing the bottle right next to my bed. Only 3 capsules so very easy to take. I saw a great increase in strength. 1RM went up for all three of my lifts during the 20 day log. I know this because I track my 1RM through %'s in the Layne Norton PH3 trainer. I also noticed the effect a lot faster than other test boosters. Normally it hits me during the 3rd week but I it was definitely noticeable during week two. There is no greater result than that. Overall: 9/10 I was highly impressed by the results in the strength during my quest to increase my maxes. My overall goal of the log was to increase my Wilk's score, which is now up to 375 thanks to Thrust, and my training. I was able to decrease bodyweight and increase strength. What more could you want!
I'm really happy with the results of this log. My overall goal was to increase my Wilk's score and that occurred, it sits at 375 as of today. Magnum has so many supplements to choose from and B Con hooked me up right!
DNA
I am training hard for my first USAPL competition. This supplement helped me prepare for my morning workouts, since training fasted can be counter-productive. I find BCAA's to be most optimal in the morning as they are quickly absorbed and trigger protein synthesis right when I wake up. Also, allows me to train hard and recover quicker. My only issue is the 8 capsules. The first time I took it, I burped up some gross powder. This was easily fixed the next morning by taking the capsules before eating my banana and drinking my pre-workout. But beware of this and listen to my advice.

Thank you so much for these great reviews and I knew this stack would help you accomplish what you wanted. Though you didn't hit your goal Wilks, you still improved and lost weight in the process which is usually unheard of. Sounds like a great strength recomp.

Went 5/9. Not the best, but I'm still happy I did it and 100% plan to do it again!!!!
Squat:275, 315, 364
Bench: 225,264, 264
Deadlift: 405,440,501
I guess my left knee didn't lock out on my 440 deadlift..upset about that. Pulled it easy and my friend there told me to go for 500 cause why not. Wish I just would have went for 1100 raw total in hindsight...but it was still a great experience and plan to do another one in the winter!!Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)
