As a skinny fat dude, i decide to bulk before cutting and i feel like it was the right decision to make. I've now been bulking for about 10 weeks now and gained 15 lbs (start at 160 lbs) and made some really good progress on my lifts. I just want to show what was possible to accomplish in a pretty short time frame for a skinny fat guy. I'm still planning too bulk until January than cut. I was eating about 3000 cals at first and now at 3700-3800 calories. (Very active job) Curently doing a PPL program 6 times a week with 30 min of light cardio 3 times a week.

Im about to start eating more as ive stalled out on gaining weight (went from 125 to 145 in 3 months). The definition and muscle I have just falls in comparison to you. My bench is pretty weak as I just started last week I can do 5 sets of 5 reps at 95 which is very bad I know lol, also I don't know what my 1RM is since I don't have any training partners as I just moved to a new state. You might have better genetics than me or I just put on too much fat to see any type of definition. Either way your progress is really good bro.
