    How many slices of wheat bread do you eat a day on a cut??

    asking cuz I'm eatting 5 slices and was wondering if it was to much?

    This question has the chance of steering you completely down the wrong path. IMO your way of looking at it is all wrong.

    Seriously, what are you looking for? Some shredded guy to come in and say that he is fine eating 5 pieces of bread?

    The reality is that you need to figure out a target number for daily calories that you want to hit. Make sure you get in your target protein amounts and some healthy fats and the rest will be carbs (unless you are specifically shooting for a keto type diet). So, you will basically have a pool of carbs for the day and it makes no real difference if you have one slice of bread and a bowl of oats, a bunch of veggies and a couple pieces of fruit in order to give you those carbs. Yes, that means you can have any carb you want on a cut. Total amounts are key..and moderation. No real point eating 100% of your carbs from bread and eating no veggies or other sources of carbs.

    so such thing as how many pcs. it's your calorie needs. as long as it fits your macros for cutting phase. its fine.
    I thought i was bulking up. 65kg - 64.4kg in a week

    i do have my macros set and it does fit into my daily calories....just wasnt sure if it was ok to eat so much bread...i heard it was bad awhile back
