I've tried a variety of powdered pre-workouts. They all, without fail, give me diarrhea. Which I'm not that worried about, I just don't wanna be losing other vital supplements I take around the same time, like creatine or beta-alanine. Or drawing water away from my muscles.
Some have suggested it's the caffeine content. But I've tried Bang Energy and it has upwards of 300mg of caffeine and I can handle it fine. The same amount of caffeine taken in powdered pre-workout will wreck me though. Some have suggested I'm not mixing it with enough water. That it might be forming a paste in my intestines and drawing all of the water to it. But I've mixed it with a whole 32 ounces of water, and I drink plenty of water shortly after. It only exacerbates the diarrhea. I'm not the only one this has happened to either, but I don't know why it happens to us. Does anyone know more about this than I do?

Why does powdered pre-workout give me diarrhea, but not energy drinks?

It's really hard to narrow it down unless there's a common ingredient (aside from caffeine, which probably contributes to your issue) in all 4 preworkouts that you have used that is causing it.
