It was a genuine question. I've only lifted for a couple of years and I know in the UK they have competitions where people are tested for steroids. Was wondering if there was anyone famous for this in particular. Will never use steroids so was looking for a role model.Originally Posted by Groggery

Thanks buddy. Was thinkin it might be some of the older guys I'd be looking at. After all steroids haven't been around forever. Got much more respect for those that put it the work rather than drugs

Don't worry about the guys in here. Most of them have the maturity of 12 year olds even though they are in their 20's and 30's.
The reason it is hard to answer your question is that no one knows FOR SURE who is on what. Yet if you work out for long enough, you tend to notice obvious guys who aren't natural, yet those who just supplement within moderation are harder to notice.
I know that most people who don't lift think I am on steroids and I am 205 at 6'1" and never even seen a steroid in my life.
Best bet for you if you are looking for realistic role models is to focus on the physique guys. You might be able to reach some of their levels if you are genetically gifted naturally, but like a previous poster said, just focus on your self and being the best version of you that you can be.
