Those Yoplait Lights are tasty, and about 100 calories, 16-20 carbs, 4-6g protein depending on the flavor. They're fat free. Could also go for some greek yogurt. Or cottage cheese. That's about all I eat these days for snacks. Guess you could get some "lighter" protein bars too, but I generally view those as meal replacements.

i'll give you my grocery list
-whey/casein/supps
-cottage cheese
-almonds/other nuts (fat is GOOD, need fat to lose fat, etc.)
-peanut butter
-eggs
-milk (or if bulking, choco milk or egg nog would be great for after work outs on top of the usual whey shake)
-chicken/turkey breast
-hamburger/beef
-beans
-fish
-multi vitamins
-fish oil
-oats
-100% ww bread
-brown rice
-various fruits & veggies
