i think everyone should do basic foam rolling. DB presses were pretty sore. i can do 80 x 15 but not quick sets like that

and i thought youd get a kick out of that YOLO pic

Another 10/10 workout and girl lol.

I usually get a better pump and more intense DOMS after a workout with low rest.

How much rest between sets was 'little rest'?

i really like the capsi-blast but the pepper extract has been hurting my stomach for some reason

it just gets broken down to smaller particles which ultimately the fish eat

rest as little as possible to complete another set of 15. started short but got longer at the end
