No, there was a no-knock warrant to the house and it was teh correct house. They knocked and announced themselves when they did not have to and the boyfriend thought it was an intruder so he started shooting at them.


She was caught in cross-fire but I've read/heard that she was used as a human shield.

Sucks for her being caught in that, but no one is really liable and it wasn't murder.
