We made a Tyson Young Whole Chicken in the oven. The macros for it on the back of the package says:
4 oz
210 cals
15g fat
19g pro
0g carb
Now, that's assuming you grab a random batch of meat as the chicken included thigh, leg, wing, etc.
I only grabbed 8 oz. of the breast meat. Should I just log it in my MyFitnessPal as 8 oz. of Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast which would be 50g protein, 2g fat? Or should I still log it as the Young Whole Chicken?
Thanks..

So you are asking if you should log things you didnt eat?
