Favorite exercise is squats. Nothing is more intense and gratifying than destroying yourself under 10+ working sets of squats

Cardio is pushing my toddler in her stroller over by the lake. The view is hard to beat
Strength, easy, incline barbell. I'm naturally good at it so it's fun.
Stretching, any type of yoga. Not because I'm the only dude in a room full of yoga pants hnngggg, but because I legit feel better when I'm doing yoga. Still don't have the balance for the tree pose yet but I'm working on going full send in yoga.I know who I am. And after all these years, there’s a victory in that.

Strength Training!
Switched over to a difference stance for Deadlift (conventional still but a slightly tweaked setup) and a close stand squat (quad focused).
And trying to progress in these two areas at the moment

Op got my package. At work working a 12 hour shift running 70,000 ft of wire that ( giga tradie checking in) and this ncaa in my gallon jug is a welcome relief.

I love Romanian cravings. Thanks to it, I feel hellish pain the next day and it brings good results. And also I can not help but mention the squat. With the right technique, it works well most of the muscles of the legs and back.
