    Depends on your definition of "jacked." If you just want to look 'conditioned,' bw exercises and a good nutrition plan will work.

    As someone mentioned you need to add in some leg work. Whether it be stairs, hill sprints, bodyweight squats or lunges. Doing just upper body will make you look like the fools who only do bench and curls in the gym and have chicken legs.
