In bodybuilding terms Seated DB Press is the king. With your back supported allowing more weight to be lifted without much cheat, and the absence of bar allows for full ROM.

Okay. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I believed OP's avi really is him. His advise is spot on, and this goes for the 'back building thread' as well.

I agree. His back article was a good read and all of the advice was spot on. Whether his avi is really him or not, he seems to know what he is talking about. You don't have to be jacked to know how to lift properly.
