What the hell am I doing wrong!!

    Hello there,
Is anybody here familiar with this InBody device thing? We have it in my gym. Anyway I used the device today and I was shocked to see my results after 45 days of 6-days-a week workout. Check the link. 4 months ago, I used to train for 4 days a week and rest for 3 days and I accomplished better results. But those were strenuous work, consisted of splits like (chest, back, biceps and abs) all on the SAME DAY! and my muscle mass jumped from 28 to 29.9 and I was happy about that. But now I do splits like (chest and triceps) (back and biceps). You would think that's better, but no the results were not satisfying. I went from 30.3 to only 31. I thought I'd be at least 34 by now. Not to mention, my body fat is still there. My protein intake is quite high So??..

It sucks with anything but maybe weight.

    Read this:-

You might as well take a random guess it will be closer. If you drink some more water it will think you are more muscular in literally 30 seconds after standing on it.

Honestly, my body is changing, it's obvious when I look in the mirror even with my shirt on. I feel great and lift heavier and heavier, so that's what matters.

So there isn't a clear-cut way to find out how much muscle mass and body fat I have?

This will tell you very accurately

Only one problem though well you kinda have to be dead (well or its going to be extremely painful and you will wish you were dead)

Next best thing use a mirror.

No, and knowing the exact numbers doesn't matter.

    Do you feel better?
    Do you look better?
Are you progressing in your workouts--lifting more weight, completing more reps, recovering better, improving on some other metric for non-resistance exercise, etc.

If you want to lose fat, eat in a deficit.

The best gauge is always the mirror........when you're satisfied with your results.

Numbers are meaningless unless you are attempting to walk on stage for a show.
