Unhappy Pneumonia, drop BF without Muscle loss

So unfortunately I was diagnosed with a case of viral/bacterial pneumonia in my right lung (congestion in my left). What should i do in terms of fitness and diet. This happened to me halfway through my cutt so it really sucks that it interfered. Any advise would be much appreciated!

Just try to keep protein intake high and attempt to eat at maintenance. You'll get back to where you were within 1-2 weeks of recovering most likely.

You're not going to end up with a suboptimal body composition due to a relatively short term (in the grand scheme of things) illness. Eat at maintenance, rest, and get better.

    ^^^^ This.

You should follow your physicians advice regarding any strenuous physical activity right now. I know when I had pneumonia about 5 years ago exercise was the very last thing on my mind until I was fully recovered. Your body isn't going to change significantly during a relatively short term illness, yeah you might lose some strength but it should return rather quickly once you start working out again.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
