Super Wide Deadlifts(as wide as my hands could go) - 435(8)x3 sets-- never really felt a pump like that
Deadstop fully bent(90 degrees) Pendlay row- 135(12)145(12)160(12)-- did all of these with a super wide grip and 3 second squeeze at the top
Pull ups- 4 sets of 8 reps
Leverage Low Row- 4 sets of 12 reps( done with 3 second squeeze)
Behind the neck Lat Pulldown- 145(12)x3
T-bar Pulldowns-195(10)X2
Thats a back day

Lets hope man at sub 200lbs that be insane. Goal right now is 675. Been using MN X-factor-- this is one of my favorite supplements, the soreness that comes along with this is GREAT. I know... soreness does not equal growth, but when I am sore I feel like I did something right. You also get wicked pumps with this.
LEGS-
Walking Barbell Lunges 135x2 sets 35 yards(guessing) 155x35 yards 175x35 yards
Dumbell Walking Lunges(yup did both) 65lbs each hand x 2 sets of 35 yards
Squats(super narrow) 275(8)x3 285(8)
Leg Extensions- 5 sets of 10 reps
Lying Leg curls- 5 sets of 10 reps
Paused Slow Paced Hack squats- 3pps+15ps(10)x2 sets
Single leg lex ext- 2 sets of 12 SS with lying 1 leg leg curls- 2 sets of 12
That was pretty good workout for me today, those lunges really rock your body. Going to be incorporating more lunges vs squats, because NOw my focus is deadlifts, and the squats(espc high bar) I feel my lower back taking a beating.Trying to improve day in and day out.

So back today at a sick gym in utica ny called body alive .
Deadlifts-495(6)520(6)545(6) 495(10)-- these were done dead stop full resets.(old school iron bar and weights)
HS ISO HIGH ROW- 3pps+25 3x10 reps
HS ISO low row- 2pps 3x12 reps
Dumbell Seal rows- 60lbs 3x12 reps
A1:CG pulldown -180,190,200 (10 reps)
A2:- chest supported reverse grip row- 2pps 3x10
Rear Peck deck -150 3x15
Finished with 4 sets of this cool HS behind the neck pulldown
