Hey str8, do you normally do cable cross-overs or are you just doing them for pre-contest? I have seen about 2 or 3 people hurt themselves going very heavy on a decline dumbell press. One of them was a spotter who got his toe smashed...

nice bro, my buddy that I train with create insane intesnity at our gym. Don't you love it when people stop what there doing to watch you, then when you are done they do the exercise you just got done with even though it might not be the particular bodypart the person is working.

ok str8 you know ive always been totally honest with you and i say things in order for you to strive to be 100% perfect.. little things i see.. 1st- you know your legs are lagging compared to your upper body, your legs are small by no means and the definition I am jealous of.. but in hopfully the next three years you have got to really bust your ass to bring legs up to par with upper body in terms of size(you have very long quad muscles) so it will be even more difficult.. 2nd- I think you should work on your trap to shoulder separation more as cut as you are there should be more visual separation there. and 3rd- damn ronnie junior slow down on the bicep growth they are going to overpower your physique and take away from your overall balanced symmetry(you know im joking right) those are some damn good guns you got there bro, but take 1 and 2 above seriously just little thing that will make a difference in placings in the future bro, your looking great and i have noticed that you and pete have made great gains in the leg department GOOD JOB AND GOOD LUCK.

Everything B-BOY said is accurate, and I wanna add something else. If you trimmed off your head in those pictures and replaced them with Arnold's, I wouldn't know the difference... (and actually Arnold's legs were in similar proportions too) I'm not convinced that you won't be the next Arnold.
