Here is the start of my 4 week M1T cycle. I will be doing 10mg for 2 weeks, with 2 weeks off, and another 2 weeks at 10mg. I will be using Nolva for pct.
Weeks 1-2: M1t 10mg a day
Weeks 3-4: Nolva 40mg a day
Weeks 5-6: M1t 10mg a day
Weeks 7-8: Nolva 40mg a day
Weeks 9-10: Nolva 20mg a day
I will also be using the following supplements for liver protection and to keep my bp down.
Coq10
Hawthorne Berry
Saw Palmetto
NAC
Milk Thistle (off cycle only)
Here are my stats:
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 181
BF: Unknown, Estimating 10%
Waist: 33"
Been training for 2 1/2 years, seriously for the past 8 months. Do an intense 5 day split (Mon-Fri). I don't do cardio but I do rollerblade & play basketball/tennis on my off days (Sat & Sun). I will not be changing the volume of my workouts so changes from my cycle will be from the m1t alone.
As far as food intake, I don't count calories. I drink 4 shakes a day with oatmeal, and eat 3-4 regular meals as well. My PW shake is ON 100% Whey and my other shakes are 1/2 ON Whey & 1/2 Milk Protein Isolate all with 1/2 cup of ground oatmeal.
I am currently bulking. Not super clean, but I am semi-strict about what I eat. I will NOT be altering my diet so changes from my cycle will be from the m1t alone.
I weigh myself every morning before my workout at the same time, so weight fluctuation should not be an issue. I will post before & after pictures to show you the visible changes that m1t makes to my body. I will also post pictures several weeks after the cycle to show how much of my gains were kept/lost. I will update this thread every week day since I have a computer job. I will not be updating on the weekends.
I will be taking my m1t every day at the same time (1 hour after my workout).

bro start taking periactin to fight the appetite suppression
evryone has been blaming M1T for appetite suppression hindering their gains,
start periactin 1 week before your cycle (just to get used to the fatigue which goes after 3-4 days) then start the M1T.

Day One:
Had my arm workout at 7am. Got into work at 9am and immediately took my first 10mg dose. I took my hawthorne berry, nac, coq10, saw palmetto, and a multivitamin at lunch.
It's 4:30pm now, and I feel lethargic, but I didn't get great sleep last night so I can't be sure if it's attributed to the m1t. I have read of people having to urinate alot while on m1t. I have used the bathroom TWELVE TIMES today already. Granted I did drink 3 liters of water, but I drink the same amount every day and have never had to use the bathroom this much.
I have my chest workout tomorrow morning and I'm so excited.
I will post pictures tonight to show my current build.

i experienced the pissing too. Only for the first couple of days though. Also you may want to use some chapstick at night if your a mouth breather. i got the worst cotton mouth ever (at night) when on this. i would wake up with blood on my front teeth, my mouth had dried out so bad. Also had heard any complaints from people about itching. my friend and i got the worst case of itches the week we got off. Good luck to you bro.

Day Two:
yea i do have a small bit of acne on my back. i will report if it worsens because of m1t.
i got alot of good sleep last night. went to bed at 10, got up at 7. i had a good chest workout, nothing out of the ordinary though. i weighed 179.5 right before i worked out. so i lost 2.5 lbs since the day before. my weight fluctuates alot so i'm not worried.

Woke up at 6:45 this morning. Didn't sleep very well but got alot of it. Got to the gym at 7 and weighed in at 182.9. I feel and look bigger. Mind you I weigh myself 15 minutes after I wake up. My scale at home is broken, but when it worked I would weigh on average 5 lbs more at the end of the day than when I woke up. So I'm pretty sure after a full day of binging on lean meats and protein shakes I'd be ~185-187.
I worked back today and had a pretty bad workout. Felt sluggish and weak. Strength wasn't great and I just felt tired. I almost ended it short but managed to push through till the end. I can't be sure to attribute this to the m1t, but I haven't had that bad of a workout in quite some time. I was jittery afterwards and felt a little sick, but I feel fine now.
I am almost regretting doing this cycle now, because from some of the logs I've read, weight skyrockets but strength only increases slightly. I have a few friends that have done test/dbol cycles and their experiences while on cycle have been completely different from m1t. Insane energy and pumps in the gym, strength & lean mass go through the roof, and appetite is exponentially increased. M1t users usually report being lethargic, tired, and sluggish, report bloating and only slight strength increases, and severe appetite surpression. This will most likely be my last m1t cycle, especially if the sides are as bad as some have reported.
I think my bad workout day is getting to my head and hopefully it will be better tomorrow.My Superdrol Review:

Anyway, give it some time and see how you react.
