Well, kethnaab did an outstanding job on this FAQ. I read it a ton of times - however, sometimes searching for stuff or just navigating through it can be inconvenient. I want something I could take around and read whenever I wanted in a more compact form. So I copied it, did some editing, and voila - a PDF version!
Note that all the changes I made were cosmetic (for readability in a PDF file). All the original content is there, word for word. The only problem is that some links that were combined with text weren't copied, but meh. Otherwise, enjoy! I hope someone finds it useful

Good job dude, I repped ya for the effort.
http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/table_of_contents_thread.htm - READ IT!
"In my culture, I would be well within my rights to dismember you"
Rip: You need to drink one gallon of full fat milk everyday. It's almost mandatory.
Somebody from audience: I'm lactose intolerant, could I substitute milk for yogurt?
Rip: Gallon of yogurt.

Cool except for this:
You advise pendlay rows instead of power cleans. I totally disagree with this and don't feel you should put that in a FAQ about SS because nowhere in SS does it say you can replace power cleans with rows. This is the format that I have used and recommended for the majority of peeps new to
weight training. I suppose we can refer to it as "Kethnaab's novice program adjustment"
Edit: Figured I'd include this
