As much as I appreciate SNS for the variety of standalone ingredients they offer this wasn't worth the money. Dynamine does pair well with caffeine though.

I’d be all over that but I snagged 6 lbs of BB.com whey a couple months back on a killer deal that I haven’t even opened up. Also got 11 lbs from another place on what I believe to be a price error for $63 shipped. They corrected it pretty quick but my order went through.

Prices for everything are insane right now and kids (even newborns) are $$$. Gotta stretch that dollar!

Anyone tried Nitraflex? Specifically the black cherry flavor. Used it years ago and have never had a better tasting pre since. Gotta love that sour flavor that feels like a punch in the jaw!!

I reviewed the NEW version on IG and it's no where near the energy of the old formula so honestly
I would pass on the NEW formula.

I'm excited to see how the energy and focus hit me. Based on the ingredients I'm sure it's going to deliver and if it does might become my favorite pre. Energy and focus are the two main things I look for in a pre over everything else.

They make some great products. Some of the reps (at least back in my day), I was less convinced about.

Let this be one of my quarterly posts about how I miss OG Wheycheap.

The owner, Steve, was in a bad car accident I believe so he's been recovering last I heard. He still has plans for new products to come out once he has made a recovery. SNS use to be one of the more talked about companies on here back in the day.

It was a little while back a place was selling the Ryse Godzilla pre for about $32 after discounts. I grabbed 2 tubs. I don't feel the stims do much for me in it as a stand alone other than sustained energy. But I usually like a bit of a kick. So I've been taking 1 scoop Convict Preworkout with 1 scoop Godzilla. If I'm going more for pump and have a good natural energy, I'll double scoop Godzilla and enjoy the pumps. It's been just over 7 weeks since my show and the pumps from the high calories and pre's have been ridiculous. It's been awhile since I've had shoulder pumps so extreme that I couldn't raise my shoulders up.

Godzilla was overall a let down for me. Based on the profile I figured it would deliver with energy, focus, pumps. Eh it didn't really deliver to validate another purchase.

SNS is a great company that makes great products. I am not affiliated in any way, but I would put my entire reputation / word / honor whatever you want on their products and / or their service especially if it were a situation where you were not happy with something.

It didn't do much for me at all. The energy and focus which I was looking forward to was a huge let down. I get better energy and focus off a can of Reign then I did with Prevail.

I worked 10 hours last night. I literally just woke up and I said let me rest my body. I decided to get a scoop, then boom I am focus . I did 500 push-ups and 3 sets of arm curls.

while rather cheap for 50 servings the profile looks rather uninspiring.

Been ten years since the last time it happened, but I pulled my hamstring again. Trap bar deadlifting (supplemental lift) after heavy squats. Was on my 4th set. Did one rep. Fine. Went to start second rep and POP!

Getting old sucks.

Planning on taking three weeks off minimum on the injured leg. Still gonna do single leg weights for my healthy leg and do range of motion/body weight stuff on my injured leg. My wife has a small TENS/stim unit I’m gonna use.

Topical DMSO is phenomenal for soft tissue

also, if you care to go the route, the BPC 157 and TB500 peptides will do wonders for getting you back on track. Also, be cautious with the TENs if it is a true pull, more is not better in that department. Topical magnesium in the form of something like theraworx will help when you start to ease back into training.
