    How does Sadik achieve his shred?

    I've been watching a few of his YT. Is it possible to get to this level of shred drinking a gallon of water a day? How do you get to this level of vascularity and muscle fiber? What does contest-prep nutrition look like?

I know there is a way to get this level of vascularity in the lower abdomen, and it probably consists of starving yourself for a month. I know I can achieve the muscularity with proper eating and regular lifting - but I'd like to have a nutritionist or dietician or somebody who has done contest prep to give their input on what this takes, meal by meal.

    - enough muscle mass to begin with
    - consistent calorie control for as long as it takes
    - no there are no 'hacks' except for drugs - as to whether he used them, only he will know that. Speculation is pretty pointless and specifics of drug use is not allowed to be discussed under the forum rules in any case.

    More srs answer: It is not physiologically possible to look this «full» in the muscles at this kind of leanness naturally.

    Natties that cut down below 10% also struggle to function because their hormones get messed up. Drug users can maintain a lower BF because of the exogenous support that drugs provide

    It gets tricky to get to a low body fat for users too but these problems will «kick in» at a lower BF% than for natties

    I used to work with a guy who always had a “buddy”. He could supposedly get you back stage to any concert or event, could get you special treatment at meals, could get you into the secret club at disneyland and all kinds of UNBELIEVABLE things. But when it came time to get said benefits he mysteriously could not be reached or was out of the country etc. A lot of buddies just seem to be hard to get a hold of.

    Does contest prep-level nutrition not give you this low of body fat? I thought achieving this level of vascularity is achieved simply by tricking your body with salt? Can someone educate me on what I need to change? I've trained hard asf for the past four years but am no where near Sadik's level. I'm ready to step up and change whatever I have to to achieve this level of physique

    I agree. I work around 30 women at a medical clinic and they swoon all over me. I don't show my abs. I just roll up the sleeves on all my work shirts 2x and glue them in place with fabric glue.

    Big arms are fun to have. I do care about some leanness there, but am mostly indifferent to abs beyond maybe the faintest outline.

    Any impact from salt manipulation will last just a couple of days, not long-term. So it would potentially be helpful for a photoshoot, but nothing that a little Photoshop couldn't account for.

    I had a lot of girls love my abs in high school, but not one has even really commented on them in my entire 20s. I have gotten plenty of comments on my arms. I think it's both an age thing & societal. Abs seem less "cool" now than they used to be. Perhaps it's over-saturation from the Instagram world?
