Liking that milk jug/churn.
Didn't the Mighty Atom (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Greenstein) build his initial strength with something like that, every day adding a pebble into it, or some variant around the Milo of Croton myth
I have now trained 6 weeks (just started my 7th week since my last deload) so it's another deload week for me, I feel exhausted and ready for an injury, so I need a light week. Still it was enough to break over the 2,000,000lb mark

Perhaps you should go back and get the vax, just to avoid the BS that can happen if you don't have it
Monday evening I twisted round and reached over to pickup something in an awkward way and had a very sharp pain in back (lower thoracic) this morning did 1x5 working set SQ not 5x5 as it felt like it would stir it up, did 1 rep of my OHP at working weight - I could feel it was trouble so bailed on that too, did no pullups DL or other stuff
Maybe light cardio only until Monday now, sorry!
Only +4,840lbs today = 2,272,874
