Ever since COVID-19 shut down the gyms in my area, I've gotten out of shape and started to eat more unhealthy foods. My max for squat was 275, bench 215, deadlift 320, and my age is 18. I'm now trying to get back into the gym but I'm struggling and don't know where I should start. I feel like all my strength and endurance is gone. Does anyone have any advice for getting back into the gym after 6+ months off or any programs for that? If so I would really appreciate it.

It happened to just about all of us man, just starts with walking in the door and picking up some weights.
I'd go back and go to something like a 3 day full body and follow Fierce 5. https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=159678631
Just make sure you don't start the program at too high of a weight so you don't hit a plateau quickly. In this case, taking 2 steps back will enable you to take 5 steps forward. All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Whenever I have left the gym for a long period of time I go back in and gradually build back up. Heck usually the first time i just go own the treadmill and bike to get the blood pumping. Get some interval stuff going. Second time half light weights half cardio (chest and bi's of course), third time full body light/medium weight. After the third time then the feeling comes back and I'm reminded of all the good times. Then Im back into the program.
Remember man small steps domino effect. You got this!

Progress back slowly.
Have a goal with each lift with small goals along the way.
When your locked out of the gym for a period of time you need to change your mind set and goals.
There are plenty of bodyweight exercises that you can focus on with the time out of the gym.
Yes i know it's different but will give your body and joints a break from the heavy poundages and will build up your endurance.
There are ways to make bodyweight training very challenging.
I personally would of just done something instead of trying to wait it out.
We never know from state to state what the time of closure will be.
Good luck.
