I have similar fat storage genetics. Your upper back still looks lean. Honestly, I’d pull the reigns in a bit. Up your cardio OR add cardio if you’re not doing any. I wouldn’t cut though if it were me. Summer just ended. If you cut now, you’ll have a short time to bulk and then you’ll have to Cut again for summer. Unless you don’t care about being lean for summer, in which case, disregard! Lol

Try 3 weeks at 2800 without changing your activity level. Take pics after the 3 weeks is up and reevaluate

Then it's the perfect time to shred up brother, you've got the muscle mass to do it. Use that energy towards self-improvement. Slow and steady cut, nothing under 3 months, preserve as much muscle as possible.

Your body fat level is too high to successfully bulk. Cutting is the right choice now. You've got enough time to get lean before summer again.

Not necessarily. You could cut now until the end of the year, then bulk 4 months until the end of April, then start your cut again.
