Been drinking coffee for 20 years now, pwo for close to 10. Still feel the effects from any caffeinated beverage I take, and no health conditions. I usually drink my pwo in the mornings and a small coffee in the afternoons and have done that for a long time now. I'll be a lifer w caffeine, I'm sure of it.

Caffeine sure makes things more fun, not to mention the ergogenic effects, my tolerance can get random depending on health.

I've stopped using it a few times and didn't notice an improvement on health, was still always tired lol... But this time I got other things under control so hopefully there's a noticeable difference if I quit it now

Now that I've started doing shakes as opposed to pro-oats after my workouts, I've come to the conclusion that many of you have shared over the years:

Everyone in the house likes the Hak's lineup. You can get them at Kroger and Giant Eagle.

Do you guys like teriyaki sauce? I've been looking for a good one since my favorite La Choy discontinued them. So far I've like Buffalo Wild Wings but hate their service. Panda Express was not good.

Yeah occasionally, I dont notice a big difference in flavor between them though.

I just got the band pegs for now. Eventually, I'll get the lat pulldown/low row attachment. The multi-grip pull-up bar will do for now until then. I believe they're also developing their belt squat attachment which I'll get, along with their monolift attachments.

So feckin envious. I can't wait to get back to the gym.

In the meantime, I must admit, I've been having good sessions in the park with resistance bands and bars for pulls ups/dips etc. I feel like this is forcing me into a change of pace that I desperately needed. The only thing I'm worried about at this point is how much ****ing government control is starting to get implemented. Had to train in 2 separate parks this morning to avoid the park rangers. **** is getting a bit out of hand....

I still have a nice stash that gets replenished fairly often, but it's slowly getting harder; I miss just being able to find them on Wheycheap back when that was a thing for pennies.
