Hi, Im close to 6 feet, im about 170 pounds, i want to be as shredded as possible, how much protein do I really need? Some sites says 80g’s some others say 170g’s, it’s 1G per pound right? And also, is it okay to use 80-100g’s of whey a day? On the side of my chicken and eggs? I also trow in some bananas and PB in the shake, trying to save some money since food is expensive in Norway.
