Hi all, starting this log that i can post in every Sunday. This way i can try to stay on track and come back to here as a reference. I got myself up to a weight im not comfortable with, and slowing gaining more weight. So this is it, the beginning of the log.

Starting Weight: 260 lbs
Height :5'10
Current exercise level has been 0.
Calorie Goals will be 2200 calories per day.
Aiming for higher protein.
Workouts will be body weight resistance and cardio afterwards until i get the weight down a bit again.
