    Rebuilt's trying to rebuild. (Fat loss Log)

    Hi all, starting this log that i can post in every Sunday. This way i can try to stay on track and come back to here as a reference. I got myself up to a weight im not comfortable with, and slowing gaining more weight. So this is it, the beginning of the log.
    Start Date: 2019/OCT/13th
    Starting Weight: 260 lbs
    Height :5'10
    Current exercise level has been 0.
    Calorie Goals will be 2200 calories per day.
    Aiming for higher protein.

    Workouts will be body weight resistance and cardio afterwards until i get the weight down a bit again.

    Better than usual! Haven’t followed MyFitnessPal too the fullest yet, but I quit drinking beer and soft drinks again over the past week. And now following a 4 day workout plan. Gonna update my weight tomorrow. Trying to build back all the habits!

    Diet was a bit sloppier then i need it to be, try harder this week!
