Anyone got any advice??? Want to get a smaller ass but don't want to do anything that will make it bigger than it already is? I've already started bulking up my upper body and left my legs for now as my lower body looks bigger than my upper body. I am joggin regularly to tone my legs however.

Why do most people assume if a healthy bodybuilder is shredded then they must be losing muscle? I'm still gaining strength in practically all my lifts, and my upper body is still ripped (especially arms and back). I'm strict OV barbel pressing my bodyweight right now, and my delts are ripped, but OK...*sigh* I still like you though, Ben!!
But yes, extra width in the hips and loose fatty tissue is not conducive to an athletic lean bf%. I would recommend looking at the nutritional stickies for info on correct caloric intake, as well as continuing jogging (if that's what you love to do for conditioning). I would also alternate that with lower impact cardio options to protect joints. When you increase your fitness level, your physique will look more balanced.Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! Wrong approach.
Bulking the upper body?
If your eating more calories to bulk up you can't direct them to just your upper body.
A calorie deficit and just lose some body fat.
Working the legs and hips with high rep body weight work could help your issue along with the diet.
Your right inn the meantime more focus can be on the upper work outdent try to gain size for size sake work on gaining muscle which for many can be a slow process and take lots of patients.
I suggest if your serious to have a diet and training log to record your macro/calories and what your doing for your activity and gym time.
The more precise you are the more control over your body you have.
Good luck.

Your saying that me saying that the lady already had a giant ass, is a subjective opinion, is really ****ing stupid. One look at the refered to photo is all that's needed to demonstrate the truth of what I said. You were negging me for nonsense reasons long before I posted the joke about penguins walking to the Middle East to get on board a boat built by a 500 year old man.
You need to let go of your hurt.
