Can't go gym as snowed in
We had a huge snowstorm in cardiff 50cm snow. Normally we never get any snow at all, its very mild. So in a bit of shock really lol
My gyms are closed and theres no buses to get to them and the roads are impassable in cars

Nooooo! We got a lot of snow here too but that's just a normal day in March. You have to slow down a little bit and stay away from the crashed cars that are on fire.

There was this evaluate your strength thing on misc where you put your lifts and it rated you.. i got advanced for everything, except exceptional for deadlift and novice for push press. Ik my ohp is poverty but NOVICE?! Not even intermediate? Part of me died right there srs got my comp.in 3 months its not gonna improve much is it lol..
I guess its just those same long ass arms that make me be able to deadlift a house. You win some you lose some...Last edited by melDorado; 03-16-2018 at 07:31 AM.

I've done a few lift calculators, I always get advanced on bp and ohp, but intermediate on squats and deadlifts. :/ I don't think bicep curls was on there but I'm sure I'd be expert status on that one.

I've heard that strongman events/weights often change from what was actually posted. Don't want to scare you, but there could be a farmer's walk even if it's not listed now.
You can't help the hopeless.

!!! You kill me ham
That wouldn't be so bad because i have been training farmers walk hard loollllll
And no ohp
But the trap is way easier than single implements for sure
Party i hope they don't change the actual weights that would be stress as i chose this comp forthe weights being doable
Change events is ok.. i think i can do pretty much any event except maybe tyre flip as ive neved tried it. Will try....
