i usually do the lower weight percentages for the compound lift n scale back to sets of 3 for everything else. Imma try out the higher reps for back day tomorrow to get that nasty pump

Right there with you this week. Hip has felt tight and so has the lower back. I've been skipping deadlifts and squats as I try to stretch and work through things. I've taken up running now on the weekends and have been stretching more. Might buy myself a foam roller for the house as well. Getting better but the 3 hours in the car daily plus rotting at a desk is the problem. Gotta stick it out for another year until I purchase a home closer to work. Makes me feel old as ****.

Raw Fusion is pretty good, their Banana Nut was done very well for a vegan protein.

They need to bring out Banana Nut Raw Fusion Bars

I like the peanut butter the most, but mixed berry a close second. flavor for the peanut butter is strong in the beginning of a sip, but you do end up tasting the pea protein after you swallow it, just as a heads up. Great tasting though for it being lactose free and so low in calories!

In other news have to eat an extra 150g of carbs, no gluten and low fiber, no oats either. Already eat like 1 cup of rice (uncooked), cant eat one grain more srs, bloating doesnt help ugh had some pancakes and performance went up but they rekt my stomach.

Had a sample of it I got of Mixed Berry. I'd drink it but not buy it, for what that's worth. Did really love how thick it mixed though.

Serious? So we can't talk about anything unless it's sold here at bb.com? Not sure I believe that since ice cream, pizza and other such stuff does not conflict or compete with what is sold here. So I can't talk about a new car I am going to buy next because it is competing for money that could be spent here instead?

I do believe it applies to supplements only, and stores that sell them, whether or not the supplement in question is sold here or not.

Guess BB is realizing more and more people simply don't buy too much from them anymore. Doesn't help that they eliminated many brands and do not branch out more.

Got an order in a a protein by Nutrakey. Don't worry bb.com I did order the whey optima here I swear but you don't carry the iso version that I wanted to try. Anyway made a shake with the Nutrakey ISO White Chocolate Macadamia. I was told it's pretty light. I found it flavored pretty well considering and mixes quite thick for an ISO. At first the flavor is a bit strange but you do get a macadamia flavor to it but not sure a very strong white chocolate. Could use a heavier white chocolate. Overall still a pretty enjoyable flavor. I still rate their Whey Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cup possibly my favorite flavor and my wife is also a huge fan of it after trying it not long ago so it will always be on hand.

Wasn't planning on posting anymore besides a post on my thoughts on a EAA supplement Moo is sending me. But I wasn't aware so figured I'd aware people to save possible bans. I may get another ban for this but like I said, I have another post after this on doing Moo a favor, so it doesn't do me a dis-service banning me again.

Posting in a gear thread "enjoy your ban" will get you a ban since I didn't report it. I've done that many times and never got banned in the past. Assuming being a long time loyal poster gets you any leeway didn't work for me, so I wouldn't recommend posting in those threads at all.
