Hi, I'm 18 181lbs and 6ft 1, I'm trying to get at least a 45 inch chest, currently only at 38.5inches, my waist is 31inches and I'm at 16% body fat, but my glutes are pretty big, currently at 42inches so I really need to get a bigger chest than my glutes because I look like a woman. Anyone know roughly what determines gaining size on the chest? I think that it's my bench since it's only at 170lbs one rep max which is terrible, while my bent over row is 225lbs, doing it with good form for 5 reps, and also my dead lift has already reached 420lbs, so my back is already pretty developed, but now I converted to conventional dead lifting since I'm more flexible now and feel more comfortable, mobile and explosive when doing dead lifts rather than sumo even though I'm stronger doing sumo, so I think the problem is my bench, any tips, I'm struggling on the bench, currently doing the icf 5x5 btw
