I looked at the label when someone mentioned it and it has nothing for GDA ingredients in it. At least as far as what are the proven ones you find when researching ingredients with GDA type effects(cinnamon, r-ala, berberine, chromium, ect). I see the OL website does have long descriptions of each ingredient which I'll have to read through when I get more time. Are these newer ingredients from newer studies? I'm quite confused why I haven't seen them in other GDA supplements before or why OL went away from the proven ingredients that work.
Either way, dosing GDA ingredients individually is the best I've found for helping me manage carbs, digestion, and just overall keeping me leaner and more insulin sensitive.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Assass1nate contains Dihydromyricetin which is a pretty potent GDA. Very strong with glucose uptake.
Edit: just saw it contains Carnosic Acid which has GDA properties albeit not as strong.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Most of my gym wardrobe are shirts with my gym's logo, random shirts I thought were funny from companies like Flex Comics and League of Lifters, and supp shirts. Then I wear whatever random shorts I have. Then Romaleos for bench, Matflex for deads, Chucks for squat and really everything else. Pretty much keep it as simple as possible for everything that's not shoes or equipment.
There are a million GDAs out there is all you want are the typical ingredients. Our formulation team is dedicated to finding novel and efficacious ingredients though. Plus we wanted to get away from the typical ingredients, some of which could have negative effects on glycogen synthesis, etc. Remember, Assass1nate is formulated for healthy individuals with normal insulin sensitivity looking to maximize their strength and physique, not necessarily for obese people or people otherwise insulin insensitive.Olympus Labs Representative

I'll have to read up and see what you are utilizing in your more. I'm just not familiar with those ingredients. If effective at maintaining insulin sensitivity, consider me interested. I'm in a great position right now and take advantage of nutrient timing as much as possible to try and maintein the best insulin sensitivity I can.

To each their own but I don't like them either but keep on being you...well him. There is an older guy at the gym, strong and all, but he wears super short shorts like that and I can't stand them. He does't even have decent legs to show off like at least 82ndAirborne does.

Tried the bubblegum icecream hexapro. flavour is spot on, did not add enough water/almond milk so it was a little too thick for my liking.
I'll try 12 oz of almond milk/wa-wa per scupe next time.
would recommend/106 scoops of xf up2.0 a day

Lol if you have the legs for them, by all means. It does kind of suck for guys with big quads but high calf insertions, since with long shorts, their legs just look scrawny, even if they have massive tree trunk quads. So I get it in their case...go from looking dyel in long shorts to "that guy looks like he's got an 800lb squat" in short shorts.
I don't know what the the appeal is with older guys though. Maybe a throwback to when they were younger and that was the style.Olympus Labs Representative
