Question Ferodrox

I bought ferodrox and I'm about to start talking it tomorrow, on the package it says take it 1 capsule in the morning 1 in the afternoon. In the morning I'm talking the multis and the greens and if I add the ferodrox wouldn't that be too much or is it fine?
