I'm trying to figure out if I need to stick to the recommended amount of protein in a day. I'm around 180lbs maybe around 24-26 bf percentage. Some articles suggest having 180gms protein but other articles state have the amount of protein of your bodyweight in KG which means around 82gms for me...
