The seat pad should be adjustable, and the leg support position must follow the angle of seat pad. I like Body solid GFID71, but Ironmaster super bench still the best IMO

IMO for long term use, the calories burned feature kinda useless/inaccurate, one of the calories burned factor is depend on your aerobic level, i'm prefer stop watch/gym boss.
