When you gain weight your squat and bench will go up automatically if you're still training properly. The lighter you are the harder it is in terms of absolute strength.
If you want a belt look at the Inzer lever. When I competed I used them for squats. I am currently training without a belt, but if you want a belt I'm sure Inzer lever belts are the best ones.
