You have to have a good diet with out it you will not see the results you are looking for.

I used SwoleN by Syntrax when I was 17 and really liked the results of it. I wouldn't see a problem with takeing an NO2 at your age.

I have used the Swole and SwoleN both with great results. I haven't used Xpand but I see nothing wrong with the product. Both would be a good choice for you.

Creatine mixed with protien is very common but I don't know about he olive oil.

If it is from ON it is probally pretty good. The taste may not be the best but the quality will be good.

Good nutrition is important before work out but I don't think the No xplod is helping that you that much nutrition wise. The main thing that you are getting is a caffieine rush from the No-xplod.

We all have days where we just don't feel it you just have to push through them and comeout on top. Maybe you need a break take a week off from lifting one week off is not going to kill you.
