you dont need to gain 1 lb per week, that is more a limit. if you gain more than that, it will probably be more fat than muscle....

it also depends on your level of activity (type or work, are you running ?).

try a calculator to give you an approx. take your maintenance level and add 500 cals. after a week, if you didnt gain 1...

I don't know where the name comes from because it didn't taste fruit punch at all. its hard to describe but it smell the same exact...
