I think i have learned really much about training and nutrition in the last 7 years.
My legs are pretty good and everybody told me to go classic but i feel very comfortable in physique.
Don't hang at this one sentence...
It's just about lowering the volume for legs and focussing on...
I did not change anything big on my water because i did not know how the body reacts. If you have enough time you can test it in 6 weeks before the show but don't do anything crazy in the last week...
My water manipulation was to get it from 4,5l-5l to 6l in the last 6 days and stop drinking at 0:00pm, at the next day i only drank 250ml.
I kept my salt the same the whole time.
I did my normal plan but changed the compound excercies a little and training was not as heavy as before because i was frightened of gettin hurt.
But don't change too much, i still did heavy...
I did laynes peak week protocol from tuesday till sunday for my first show and the results where very good.
I was frightened of a backload because it was my first show and i did not want to use...
