Happened last week Friday symptoms pain in ribs and back won't go away. Got xray done nothing broken. Just can't stand not being able to workout I don't know what to do.

Really don't know it still hurts a lot.just sucks used to be eating 3500 a day now I have to drop it low. Any ideas on how to heal faster?
